Warner Master Plan Transportation Chapter
The Central NH Regional Planning Commission, with funding from the New Hampshire Department of Transportation, is assisting the Warner Planning Board in updating its Master Plan Transportation Chapter. The chapter will include updated data such as traffic and speed counts, results from the 2008 community survey regarding transportation issues, accident data, and a summary of road classifications. Current transportaion projects such as Warner's Safe Routes to Schools and proposed Transportation Enhancement improvements will also be presente. The Transportation chapter will discuss key issues facing the town's road system, as well as pedestrian, bicycle, and public transportation facilities and how these relate to future land use planning.
The draft Transportation Chapter is expected to be completed by late Fall, 2009. It will be available for public comment on the CNHRPC and Town of Warner websites.
