Visoning
Session Held
On
May 15, 2004, the Bradford Planning Board hosted a Community Visioning
Session. The Visioning Session was designed to be a fun and informal
event to gather input on issues that will be addressed in the
master plan.
Approximately
30 people spent the morning discussing issues facing the town. Topics
covered included transportation; natural features; community facilities,
housing; population and economics; history and culture; and land
use. Input from the Visioning Session will be used by the master
plan subcomittees as they write the chapters of the plan.
Survey
Results Available
In February of this year, the Town, with assistance
from the Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission sent
out a survey to each household (postal customer) in Bradford. The
purpose of the survey was to assess residents feeling on issues
to be covered by the master plan.
Tabular
results that summarize the number of responses to each question
can be found below.
